How long does shipping take and can I track my order?
Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination, but normally delivery should take in total 5-14 business days after order fulfillment which takes 2-5 days. Usually, shipping is quick, we just have to give a range in case something gets delayed for one reason or another. If you'd like to track your shipping, you should receive an email from us with a link to the full tracking information that you can utilize to check for updates. If for some reason you don't receive that email from us, contact us at info@forthe100human.com and we will sort it out.
Do I need to have an account to order?
You can also place an order as a guest, but there are some great perks if you have an account with us! You will be the first to hear about our new releases, exciting deals, and promo codes for sales that we have ongoing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) Amazon and PayPal payments.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. So please be sure to update your shipping address to your residential address or to your preferred destination for the ordered product.
How can I check sizes for clothing?
There is a sizing chart on each product page. Please use that before ordering if you have any questions about if the product you are ordering will fit properly. We don't offer returns for ordering the wrong size, but if you have any questions you can contact us. The pictures of our models wearing the clothing is also not always 1 to 1 as far as the fitting, because during fitting and designing, the models can end up using different original clothing bases when pictures are being created. So for the best fit, consult the sizing guide for the specific product you're looking at. A little bit of shrinkage after the first wash is to be expected.
What are the wash instructions and best way to keep my clothes from The100Human looking great?
Our apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
For drying, tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
